A familiar crew of Nick (who I had passed on the bike track slogging up hill without an electric motor), JP, Adrian and John S with Archie turned up today to sand the filleted hull to near perfection. JP brought in his vacuum cleaner and new orbital sander and after we had a had a good go hand sanding the fillets with nicely rounded sanding blocks, JP cleaned up the hull in no time with 120 grit paper. We broke out the rollers and Nick and Adrian set to while I followed them with a brush filling the fillets and laying off the roller marks.
